on the plane ride to Dulles, i sat next to a brother in Christ. Charles, born and raised in Ghana, sat down in the seat next to me and told me i looked nervous. (ill admit, i was nervous to take off)...he and i spent almost the whole flight talking about Africa and our God. he smiled and said, "in Ethiopia youre going to have a lot of people you meet....how many souls are you planning on saving?" his question caught me a little off gaurd. it was like the Holy Spirit was shaking me awake to the real reason i'm on this mission trip. through a smile of excitement i answered him, "as many as God wants." wow - what an impacting start to this trip!
